THE 2009 Shanghai Philatelic Festival opened with a free exhibition of stamps collected by locals at the Shanghai Post Museum on Wednesday.
The exhibition will continue to Sunday. The 222 frames of stamps with various themes will also be exhibited at the China 2009 World Stamp Exhibition, which opens on April 10 in Luoyang City, Henan Province.
