A NEW tropical storm is coming to the city, forecasters said yesterday. The storm Malou was 1,200 kilometers southeast of the city at 5pm yesterday and approaching Shanghai at 20 kilometers per hour, the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau said. It was unclear whether Malou would form a typhoon, the bureau said.
