Sun kicks out fog but cold front coming
THE heavy fog which veiled the city yesterday evening and triggered a yellow fog alert from the weather bureau, diminished this morning after the sun came up and the alert was lifted at 5:15am, the bureau said.
The temperature is rising rapidly today and can reach as high as 20 degrees Celsius, weatherman said.
After two days of intermittent drizzle, the sky has finally cleared up today, driving up the temperature, according to the bureau's forecast this morning.
However, the warm weather is short-lived as another cold front is coming to town tonight, sending temperature down to 7 degrees tomorrow morning, the bureau said.
