Taxi watchdog ready to bite

THE taxi watchdog is to increase the number of surveillance videos and build special taxi stops in a bid to curb illegal activities.
The watchdog said it had launched a new round of intensified crackdowns targeting traffic hubs, shopping complexes and the suburbs in a campaign which will run to the end of October.
