Three injured in head-on collision on Outer Ring Road in Pudong

THREE people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in the Pudong New Area section of the Outer Ring Road late yesterday morning.
The accident happened about 11:30am when a container truck crashed through the central guardrail on the S20 and hit a car driving in the opposite lane.
The car was knocked into a greenery area, according to a witness.
Police said the collision injured three people, one who was in serious condition, but gave no more details.
The cause of the accident was under investigation, police said.
