SIX government departments are to kick off another citywide campaign against speeding or overloaded construction vehicles, officials said yesterday. The crackdown will last until February next year and extend supervision over construction companies instead of just their drivers. Heavy vehicles have been involved in at least 13 fatal accidents since November 17.
