THE Dapu Road Tunnel, the city's oldest passage under the Huangpu River, will be closed to traffic next month for renovations after 38 years in service.
Cross-river traffic from Shanghai's Xuhui District in Puxi to the Shangnan area in Pudong will be disrupted. The tunnel is expected to reopen next March.
