Typhoon to bring wind and rain

Typhoon Fitow’s influence is set to bring windy conditions and showers to Shanghai today, said forecasters.
Today will be mostly cloudy, with a high of about 26 degrees Celsius and a low of 20 degrees, the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau said yesterday.
Strong winds are expected in the afternoon, when Typhoon Fitow is forecast to enter the East China Sea and move close to the coast of neighboring Zhejiang Province, the bureau said. By the evening, showers are forecast.
Fitow is set to make landfall in Zhejiang and Fujian provinces tomorrow.
