Warmer weather expected
A wet but warmer weekend is expected as a low-pressure system moves towards the city, pushing the mercury back up to the teens, forecasters said.
Today will see a low of 4 degrees Celsius and a high of 12 degrees, with some drizzle arriving in the afternoon and lasting through tomorrow morning when the mercury will rise to 12 degrees from a low of 7.
Clear skies are expected for early next week, with highs reaching the mid-teens and lows between 7 and 9 degrees. But the city will be hit with more showers late Wednesday, which will see temperatures ranging from 7 degrees to the mid-teens.
