SUBURBAN Fengxian District has completed projects to improve its tap water quality and upgrade capacity.
Now all the 800,000 district residents are able to use quality tap water instead of well water, Shanghai Chengtou Corp, the city's major urban infrastructure constructor, said yesterday. The state-owned company spent 1.73 billion yuan (US$261 million) on the project.
