Weather in many languages
SHANGHAI will provide weather forecasts in different languages during the 2010 World Expo, the city's meteorological bureau promises.
The city will publish weather forecasts via television, the Internet and on outdoor digital screens around the city during the six-month event, officials said yesterday.
The system will take into account the different reactions people from different nations have toward the same temperature. It will also be integrated with the city's emergency response system during the Expo, officials said.
