1 injured in highway accident

One person was slightly injured early yesterday when a bus collided with a car and hit the noise barrier on a highway.
Debris from the accident damaged three other vehicles parked below the elevated highway.
The accident happened at 6:47am near the exit of Wangrong Road on the Middle Ring Road when a bus collided with the car.
The bus then lost control and knocked down the noise barriers on the highway.
Glasses and iron frames from the barriers fell off and damaged three other buses parked on the ground below, leading to heavy traffic disruption in the area.
Police said the driver of the bus involved in the accident on the elevated road was slightly injured.
