135 production rings hit

THE Ministry of Public Security said police across the country have cracked 135 swill oil production rings since last August, arresting around 800 people and destroying 100-plus underground oil production mills.
The Supreme People's Court also warned that the country would spare no effort in stopping the underground business and that criminals producing swill oil could face the death penalty.
