RESIDENTS of Fengxian District will be able to take advantage of a new bicycle rental service later this year, the city government said yesterday.
In the first phase of a three-part program, 2,000 bikes will be made available through 99 rental outlets — most of them located near schools, shopping malls, hospitals and residential communities. The network will stretch from the Jinhui Harbor to the Punan Canal, and from the G1501 expressway to the Zhugang Bridge, authorities said.
