35 poisoned by carbon monoxide at hotpot restaurant, none critical

A hotpot restaurant where 35 people were poisoned by carbon monoxide on Friday evening has had its business suspended, local government said on Sunday.

All of the poisoned, including 33 diners and two from the restaurant staff, had been discharged by early Saturday morning, and none was in critical condition.

The restaurant is Qianjiaqiaolaoye on Shuangyang Branch Road in Yangpu District.
