THE Shanghai Commission of Consumers' Rights and Interests Protection is starting a citywide household electric appliance maintenance service campaign. Consumers can dial the hotline 4008-365-365 for an appointment from Friday until April 20. There is a 10 yuan (US$1.59) service fee, said officials.
