SOME women’s underwear and facial sauna steamer sold on online shopping site yhd.com have been found to be substandard, the city’s quality watchdog warned yesterday on International Women’s Day.
A batch of bras branded mamaway and sold on yhd.com failed over fiber content, according to the Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
A batch of facial sauna steamers branded Ulike and sold on yhd.com failed in tests for electricity leakage, electrical strength, resistance against humidity and abnormal work, which meant that they had serious quality problems, the bureau said.
