Most bikes checked by watchdog fail the test

About 78 percent of bikes checked by the city’s market watchdog failed quality tests for problems such as handlebar components strength and the installation of reflector. The Shanghai Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau checked 23 batches of bikes sold in the city and found 18 substandard.
