Complaints Mount Over Poor Holiday Service
TELECOM products generated the most consumer complaints in Shanghai during the National Day holiday, according to the Shanghai Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau.
The consumer hotline received about 490 complaints, nearly 20 percent fewer than the same period last year. Complaints about cellphones, however, rose by 9 percent. Consumers complained the after-sale service was inadequate during the holiday. Delivery delays also pushed up complaints about e-commerce.
