A PLANE was delayed for three hours at Pudong International Airport on Thursday after being hit by a tow truck as it was standing at its gate.
The Spring Airlines A320 was preparing to fly to Taiwan, the carrier said yesterday. It suffered damage to the fairing on one of its engines, but no one was hurt in the incident, which happened about 9am, it said. All of the passengers were transferred to a new plane, which took off without further incident.
