THE arrest of a man who attacked government workers when they were demolishing the illegal rooftop structure he built has been approved, the Pudong New Area prosecutors office said yesterday.
According to prosecutors, the man, surnamed Zhu, refused to open the door on May 28 this year. When workers tried to climb up to the rooftop through a next-door skylight, Zhu threw mud and bricks at them. Four workers were injured.
