Fashion fans to choose top media

DO you think Shanghai Daily is the newspaper of choice among the city's fashionistas?
If so - or indeed, if not - beauty products company L'Oreal wants to hear from you as it invites the public to vote in the 2010 L'Oreal Fashion Media Awards.
Some 50 titles from around the country and eight media professionals and fashion leaders have made the final list. Shanghai Daily is on the shortlist for the Leading Media Event award.
This year, for the first time, new media nominees outnumber print titles.
Online voting to select the year's best "fashion media" among domestic titles is open until January 1. The result will be announced on January 18.
Votes can be cast at http://client.sina.com.cn/lorealmediaaward/flash.html.
