Girl, 11, missing 2 days found in good health

AN 11-year-old girl was found today in good health after going missing Monday after a dispute with her mother over pocket change, Pudong New Area police said.
After a search by police and volunteers, the girl was found in a reading room in neighboring community this morning and returned home.
Pudong police received a report yesterday from the girl's parents, who said their daughter, Tang Jiaying, was missing after leaving home Monday morning. Police searched for Tang on surveillance videos and posted a notice with Tang's picture and descriptions on their microblog at 11:15pm yesterday, asking netizens to help finding her.
The posting was forwarded over 1,000 times. Along with the police's overnight search, social volunteers who gathered at the gate of the residential complex where Tang lives also formed teams to find the missing girl.
When Tang was found, she said she spent the two days reading books in the reading room during the day and sleeping on the couch at night, police said.
Tang's parents said Tang had a dispute with her mother over her pocket money on Monday morning and left home angrily. They thought she went to school but was told Tang had never been to school.
