SHANGHAI Xinshijie Eye Hospital has announced the launch of a hotline — 66298888 — to offer free screening for expatriates with eye disease, especially cataract. A 65-year-old American, Arthur Neil Robins, became the first foreigner to receive a cataract surgery over the weekend, the hospital said.
