A MAN who allegedly stabbed a fruit store owner to death has been arrested, prosecutors in Putuo District said yesterday. Police said the suspect, surnamed Liu, had business disputes with the victim, surnamed He. Liu’s younger brother was also arrested on suspicion of sheltering Liu after the incident.
