Man held over ‘bus rage’

A man who allegedly grabbed a bus steering wheel has been detained, Songjiang District People’s Procuratorate said yesterday. On July 14, the man, whose name was not released, argued with a bus driver who wouldn’t stop near his home. He is said to have grabbed the wheel, causing the bus to veer across the road and the driver to slam on the brakes. The driver suffered a fracture and two passengers were slightly injured.
