Milan Expo comes to Shanghai

MILAN Expo organizers have unveiled an exhibition at the former World Expo Shanghai site in Pudong to give the locals a tour of the expo in Italy.

Over 100 national pavilions at the Milan Expo will be shown in holographic projections. A popular 4D movie, Panda’s Dream, being played at the China Pavilion in Milan will also be screened at the venue in Shanghai.

The exhibition in the River Mall on the former Expo Axis on Shangnan Road will run through November 18. Tickets cost 60 yuan.

“The exhibition aims to allow local residents a tour of the Expo Milan in an hour,” said Zhao Yunfeng, who arranged for the exhibit.

China has three pavilions at the Expo in Italy — the China Pavilion, Chinese Corporate Joint Pavilion and the Vanke Pavilion built the real estate developer.
