'New' Porsche was fraud: court

SHANGHAI Yuhong Auto Sale Co Ltd has been ordered to return a 1.04 million yuan (US$152,339) car payment to a consumer surnamed Cai and compensate him another 1.35 million yuan for sale fraud.
Minhang District People's Court decided Yuhong sold a second-handed Porsche to Cai as a brand-new one. Cai bought the Porsche at 1.35 million yuan in October 2007. The court investigation found the car had been sold to another person and was later sold to Cai again.
