THE Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court yesterday upheld a six-year sentence on a Hunan Province native surnamed Chen for selling medicines without a license.
From March 2007 to January 2008 Chen sold 1.14 million yuan (US$166,975) of drugs online and medicines worth 37,400 yuan directly to pharmacies.
