SHANGHAI’S tourism authorities are drafting the country’s first operating standard for conference service agencies. The document is set to be released soon, the Shanghai Tourism Administration said yesterday during the 5th China International Meetings and Conferences Forum. Delegates also discussed Shanghai’s incentive travel industry as the city seeks to develop itself as top destination for the sector.
