A MAN has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for producing mineral water without a license, while his wife who assisted him has been given an eight-month sentence suspended for a year. The husband, surnamed Chen, was also fined 150,000 yuan (US$23,000), while his wife, Wang, was fined 100,000 yuan. The court said that the pair made 190,000 yuan from their illegal business, which they launched in 2013.
