10 killed in steel factory blast

TEN people were killed, three went missing and 17 were injured in a powerful explosion in a steel factory in an east China city last night.
The blast happened around 11:30pm at a workshop of Angang Heavy Machine Co Ltd in Anshan City, northeast China's Liaoning Province, Xinhua news agency reported today.
The injured workers are receiving treatment and the investigation is under way.
