12 missing after boat sinks in N China

Four people were rescued and another 12 are still missing after a fishing boat sank off the coast of Tangshan City in north China's Hebei Province on Wednesday, local authorities said.
According to the local maritime search and rescue center, the boat sank at about 2 a.m. in the Bohai Sea.
The cause of the accident is being investigated, and rescue work is under way.
