12 trapped in collapsed tunnel in NE China

A high-speed railway tunnel under construction in northeast China's Jilin Province collapsed early today, leaving 12 workers trapped inside, local authorities said.
The collapse happened at about 2 am when workers were pouring concrete to reinforce the tunnel in Hunchun City.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
