12-year-old girl shockingly revealed to be the true culprit of murdering two

A 12-year-old girl has been identified by the police as the murderer of her classmate and her classmate’s younger sister in central China’s Hunan Province, according to the Xinhua News Agency.

This tragedy occurred in Jiebei Town, Hengyang County last Wednesday.

Xiao Xia, age 13, was found lying dead on a countryside road. While Xiao Lin, age 7, twitched near her sister while foam poured out of her mouth. She perished at a hospital later. The agency reported the cause of the siblings’ death as poisonous Coca-Cola.

Several days after the deaths of the sisters, Xiao Wen, Xiao Xia’s classmate and only friend, handed herself to the police.

Xiao Wen stated that whenever she and the siblings argue or quarrel, the siblings would later complain to their mother. Afterwards, the sibling’s mother would tell and explain the situation to Xiao Wen’s grandparents, causing Xiao Wen to be scolded at.

“If they didn't tell their mother, she wouldn’t have come to my home. My grandparents always blamed me and I couldn’t count how many times I have been scolded. I hate the siblings and their mother,” Xiao Wen told Xinhua.

Around a month ago, when Xiao Wen kicked down a neighbor’s door, Xiao Xia immediately told the neighbor that it was Xiao Wen’s fault. “I felt really bad and I wanted to poison them.” Xiao Wen said.

Around 20 days ago, she bought raticide, a strong poison used to kill rats, and put it in her satchel. According to Xiao Wen, she made up her mind to poison the siblings after their latest dispute last Tuesday.

The following afternoon, she bought a bottle of coke and put the raticide inside it. After class was over, she gave the poison coke to the siblings and went home as if nothing had happened.

Xiao Wen is now under police custody.
