One person was rescued and 16 others went missing today after their fishing boat capsized and sank off the coast of Dalian in northeast China's Liaoning Province, local maritime officials reported.
The boat, with 17 people on board, sank near a fishing port in Dalian at about 2 am today. Only one person had been saved, the officials said, adding that search and rescue efforts are under way.
