2 stabbed to death

A man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing to death of two urban management officials in Ningbo, a city in east China’s Zhejiang Province. It is alleged he attack the officials when they were serving a notice ordering him to correct unspecified violations, early yesterday morning. Two colleagues who rushed to the scene were also injured.
