TWENTY-SEVEN pupils in a northern China county have been hospitalized for suspected food poisoning.
The pupils from a primary boarding school in Yutian County, Hebei Province, have showed symptoms of high fever and diarrhea from last Thursday, China News Service reported today.
The private school that has 800 pupils was shut down last Friday and will remain closed till an investigation is completed.
An investigation team has taken samples of food and water from the school for further testing.
