CHINA Eastern Airlines will launch a new service from the southwestern Chinese city of Kunming, capital of Yunnan Province, to Dubai on February 22, the company said yesterday. It will operate three flights a week, including one direct, between the two cities using a 260-seat Boeing 767-300 aircraft, a Yunnan spokesman said.
