4 men sentenced over gang raping

FOUR young men in Shijiazhuang City, north China's Hebei Province, were sentenced on Tuesday to jail terms ranging from 16 years and a half to four years and half over gang raping a 19-year-old Internet cafe worker.
The four convicted, aged from 19 to 21, dragged the woman surnamed Zhao out of the Internet cafe at 10pm on March 11 after she refused their entry into the cafe.
The four were unable to show their ID cards which were reqired for Internet cafe check-in by law, China News Service reported today.
The convicted crammed Zhao into a taxi, taking her to a public bath house in Qiaoxi District, Shijiazhuang.
The convicted repeatedly raped and beat Zhao there. Another woman, who was the girl friend of one of the convicted , also joined them torturing Zhao. Zhao was freed at 11am the next day.
The convicted admitted to the raping, saying they did it because Zhao refused them to let them into the Internet cafe.
