44 in the dock this year for traffic accidents

The Ministry of Public Security has said 44 people have been held accountable for four severe traffic accidents and one serious overloading in China this year.
They include drivers, company heads and safety supervisors. Their cases were transferred to judicial bodies.
The accidents took place in Gansu, Anhui, Jiangxi and Henan provinces.
On February 1, 18 people were killed and 32 injured in Gansu’s Qingyang City in the worst accident this year.
