ABOUT 460 million people mourned the dead at graveyards or memorial parks in China during the Qingming Festival holiday from Sunday to yesterday, about the same number as last year, the Ministry of Civil Affairs said yesterday.
The number was based on figures from its 150 key memorial sites and cemeteries, which received a total of nearly 5.11 million people yesterday, down 10 percent from last year's, it said in a statement.
