A 5.0-magnitude earthquake struck Yuexi County, southwest China's Sichuan Province, at 9:23am Wednesday, the China Earthquake Networks Center said.
The epicenter was monitored at 28.4 degrees north latitude and 102.8 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 15 km, the center said.
