6 dead, 2 injured in central China collision

Six people have been killed and two were injured in a road accident late yesterday in central China's Henan Province, local authorities said today.

The accident happened at around 6:20 pm two kilometers west of the intersection of Zhengkai Road and S223 Road, when two cars collided.

Six people died at the scene while the injured were taken to hospital.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
