6 killed in fog crashes

Six people were killed and five others were seriously injured in a series of pile-ups on a foggy highway in east China's Jiangsu Province yesterday, local police said.
The victims died in five separate accidents around 8am on the fog-shrouded Gaoyou Section of the Beijing-Shanghai Highway.
On Friday afternoon, two people died when a shuttle bus linking Hangzhou with Shanghai's airports overturned on a highway, according to local traffic police.
Three were seriously injured and 12 were hospitalized.
