SEVEN people are still missing after two ships collided early this morning in coastal Fujian Province.
Maritime rescuers plucked eight survivors to safety and recovered one body from the sea after the collision that occurred at 3:56am this morning, officials said.
Some sailors on one ship were able to board two life boats, the officials said, adding that a helicopter and rescue ships were dispatched to the scene immediately after receiving distress calls.
The search is still ongoing by the time of reporting.
