THE Chinese mainland yesterday reported its seventh death from swine flu, involving a victim in Hunan Province.
The patient, a 14-year-old middle school student in Changning City, died of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral hernia and respiratory failure on Saturday after about a month of treatment.
The mainland reported 48,748 H1N1 cases as of yesterday.
