Arrest after four stabbed to death

POLICE have arrested a man after four people were stabbed to death yesterday in downtown Hefei, capital of east China's Anhui province.

Police found Zhu Yunyu holding a knife and covered with blood in an office with the four bodies -- Zhu's ex-girlfriend's fine arts teacher, the teacher's wife and 19-year-old daughter and a young male who appeared to be a teenager, police said. Police allege that Zhu, 26, carried out the killings in the belief the teacher bullied and insulted his ex-girlfriend.
