At least 10 injured as bus slams into height restrictor

A double-decker bus crashed into a vehicle height restrictor this morning, injuring at least 10 passengers in Nanning, capital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region today.
The top of the bus was torn completely off, Chinanews.com reported.
The bus was going fast when it hit the brightly colored height restrictor, according to a witness surnamed Zheng.
The height restrictor was 3.5 meters high, according to the report.
A cement truck knocked down a height restrictor under the same overpass a few days earlier. The frame smashed into a car and a girl inside sustained minor injuries.
The report said police were investigating the case.
