The Carrefour outlet in downtown Shuangjing area in China's capital city, Beijing, caught fire this afternoon.
Online photos posted by witnesses showed the store building was shrouded by thick black fumes and the air filled up by dust.
There's so far no report of causalities and cause of the blaze remains unclear.
